THE TIGER: An Old Hunters Tale

Set towards the end of the Joseon dynasty, when Korea was under Japanese rule. Rather than a cruel tale of chasing down a rare, beautiful animal, the story is a patriotic one for Koreans, as Chun Man-Duk, a local hunter, is assigned with the task of killing the last tiger on the peninsula, a symbol of pride and courage, rather than letting it be mowed down by their military oppressors.
