The winner of four World Music Awards, Jay Chou's music has gained recognition throughout Asia and sold over 25 million albums worldwide.

In June 2009, Aussie fans got their fix of Chou's musical talents after he entertained more than 15,000 fans in Sydney's Acer Arena at his sold-out concert.

After making his 2005 acting debut in Initial D, winning Best Newcomer Actor in the Golden Horse Awards, Jay Chou was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in the Hong Kong Film Awards for his role in Zhang Yimou's Curse of the Golden Flower.
